Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026 · Plain language where we can manage it, precise where it matters.

1. Acceptance of terms §1

By creating an account, ordering a service, or otherwise using OffshoreVps ("we", "us", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, don't create an account or place an order.

2. The service §2

OffshoreVps provides VPS, dedicated server, Windows RDP and GPU compute hosting, along with domain registration and email hosting, paid for with cryptocurrency. We do not require your name, a real email address or any identity document to open an account.

Some features described on the site are in active development and are labeled as such where they aren't live yet. We don't advertise a feature as available if it isn't.

3. Your account §3

Your account is secured by a login we generate for you at signup: a login email that has no inbox, and a password shown once. We do not tie a name or a real email address to your account.

  • We store your password only as a hash and cannot recover it if you lose it. You can generate a new password from your dashboard while logged in.
  • Anyone who has your login details (and your 2FA code, if enabled) can access your account and spend your balance. Treat them like cash.
  • You're responsible for enabling two-factor authentication if you want an additional layer of protection — see the Security section of your dashboard.

There is no account recovery. If you lose your login details and have not saved a copy, the account and any balance on it are permanently inaccessible. This is a deliberate tradeoff for not collecting personal data.

4. Payments & billing §4

We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency, credited to your account balance. Services are then paid for out of that balance. We do not accept card payments, bank transfers, or store any billing information.

  • Top-ups are credited once your transaction confirms on-chain. Sending the wrong amount, to the wrong address, or on the wrong network may result in lost funds that we cannot recover.
  • Account credit does not expire and is not, itself, refundable to cryptocurrency once added — see Section 9 for how service cancellations are handled.
  • Promotional bonuses (for example, extra credit on larger top-ups) are calculated as advertised at the time of purchase and are not retroactive to earlier top-ups.
  • Prices are listed in USD for clarity; the cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the exchange rate current at the time of your top-up.

5. Acceptable use §5

You may use our services for lawful purposes in the jurisdiction where the server is located. Regardless of jurisdiction, you may not use our services to:

  • Distribute malware, run botnets, or conduct denial-of-service attacks against third parties.
  • Host content depicting child sexual abuse, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate spam infrastructure.
  • Knowingly host content that funds or directly facilitates terrorism or human trafficking.
  • Attempt to breach, scan, or gain unauthorized access to systems you don't own or have permission to test.

Outside of the items above, we do not proactively monitor customer content. Jurisdictions differ in what content law they enforce — see each location's page for specifics on copyright and takedown handling in that jurisdiction.

6. Domain registration §6

Where domain registration is available, you're responsible for renewing domains before they expire — we do not guarantee recovery of an expired or lapsed domain. WHOIS privacy is included at no extra cost on all supported TLDs.

We are not the registry for any TLD we resell, and remain subject to the registry's own policies (including, on some TLDs, dispute and takedown processes we don't control).

7. Service availability §7

We aim for high uptime across all locations but do not currently offer a formal SLA with financial credits for downtime. Our real-time status is published at /status. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced there in advance where practical.

8. Backups & data §8

Automated backups and snapshots are optional add-ons you enable per service — see the Backups & Snapshots page for current pricing. You are responsible for your own backup strategy. We are not liable for data loss on a server that does not have backups enabled.

Upon account or service termination, data is deleted according to our standard retention schedule and is not recoverable afterward.

9. Refunds & cancellation §9

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and credited as account balance, we do not offer refunds to your original payment method. If a service is cancelled before the end of its billing period, unused time is not automatically refunded to crypto but may, at our discretion, be credited back to your account balance for use elsewhere.

If a service was clearly not delivered as described (for example, a server that never provisions), contact support before disputing the charge — we resolve legitimate delivery failures on a case-by-case basis.

10. Suspension & termination §10

We may suspend or terminate a service or account, without prior notice, for a clear violation of Section 5 (Acceptable Use), for chargebacks or payment fraud, or where required by a jurisdiction's applicable law. Where practical and safe to do so, we'll attempt to notify you and give you an opportunity to retrieve your data first.

You may close your account and cancel your services at any time from your dashboard.

11. Disclaimers & liability §11

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffshoreVps's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

12. Indemnification §12

You agree to indemnify and hold OffshoreVps harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law §13

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind OffshoreVps, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to these terms §14

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Contact §15

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page, or via the ticket system in your dashboard if you already have an account.
