Offshore VPS hosting, explained

What offshore VPS hosting actually gets you

An offshore VPS is a virtual private server that runs in a data centre outside the country where you live or operate. The server answers to the laws of the country it sits in. Here is what that changes in practice, and what it does not.

Different legal ground

Data-protection rules, takedown handling and the way law enforcement can ask for data all differ by country. Switzerland, Panama and Seychelles each have their own data-protection statute. Compare offshore jurisdictions.

Sign-up without an ID

We do not ask for a passport, a selfie or a phone number. A new account gets a generated login, and you pay from a crypto balance. How no-KYC VPS hosting works.

Paid in crypto

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, Litecoin and more. No card, no bank transfer, no billing address. See how to buy a VPS with Bitcoin or buy a VPS with Monero.

Full control of the server

Every VPS is a KVM virtual machine with full root, NVMe storage and your choice of Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora, FreeBSD, Arch or your own ISO. Configure a VPS in any location.

Moving a server abroad does not put you above the law. You stay responsible for what you host, we act on abuse reports and on legal process that applies to us, and every service follows our Terms of Service. For a plain-English view of the trade-offs, read what an offshore VPS is, and is not.

How it works

From sign-up to a running server in three steps

1

Create an account

Press one button and we generate your login. No email address, phone number or ID is needed.

2

Top up with crypto

Choose a coin, send the exact amount to the address shown, and the credit lands on your balance once your payment is confirmed. Bigger top-ups earn a bonus.

3

Deploy your server

Pick a location, a size and an operating system, then deploy. A Linux VPS is normally ready within minutes.

    FAQ

    Offshore VPS hosting: common questions

    01What is OffshoreVps?

OffshoreVps sells offshore VPS hosting, dedicated servers, Windows RDP, GPU servers and domains in 10 countries. You sign up without an ID, pay in crypto and manage everything from one dashboard.

    02What is offshore VPS hosting?

Offshore VPS hosting means renting a virtual private server in a data centre outside your own country, so it runs under that country's laws. OffshoreVps has 10 locations, including Switzerland, Panama, Moldova and Seychelles, with no KYC and crypto-only payments.

    03Is offshore VPS hosting legal?

Yes. Renting a server in another country is legal. You stay responsible for what you run on it, which must follow the laws that apply to you and our terms of service.

    04Do you require personal information?

No. A new account gets a generated login email and password, so you never give us a real address; that login email has no inbox. Read how No-KYC Hosting works.

    05Which cryptocurrencies are accepted?

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USDC, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Litecoin and TRON. We do not take cards or bank transfers. Larger top-ups earn a bonus, from $5 extra on $50 up to $1,500 extra on $2,000.

    06What do I get with a VPS?

A KVM virtual machine with full root access, NVMe storage and your choice of Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, FreeBSD, Arch Linux or a custom ISO. Sizes run from 1 vCPU and 2 GB of RAM up to 16 vCPU and 64 GB.

    07How fast is delivery?

VPS are usually ready within minutes once your payment is confirmed. Dedicated and GPU servers take longer to provision.

    08Which location should I choose?

Pick by latency to your users, the legal setting you want and the price. Switzerland, Panama and Seychelles have their own data-protection laws, Moldova is the cheapest, and the Netherlands, Germany and Singapore are well connected. The Locations compares all ten.

    09Do you keep logs?

No. We do not monitor or log what you run on your servers. Our own records are limited to what is needed to run the service: your balance, your orders and your login device history.
