"Ignores all complaints"
That is a bulletproof pitch, not a legal framework. Serious hosts act on valid legal process. See bulletproof vs offshore hosting.
We've got a new update. We now offer our own Web Console. Open the console and type ssh root@your-server-ip to reach any server you own, right from your browser. No SSH app needed.
We run one of the hosts on this list, so we say so first and show our working. Every provider fact below was read from the provider's own website on the date shown, and where a site did not state something, the table says "not stated" rather than guessing.
Disclosure: OffshoreVps is one of the providers compared here. We are not a neutral party, so the rules below are fixed in advance and the evidence is linked.
Some well-known privacy hosts are missing because their site could not be read when we checked. That is a gap in our research, not a verdict on them.
Facts as stated on each provider's site, 19 October 2026. Prices are the cheapest figure we could see for that product.
| Provider | Where servers are | Cheapest VPS listed | Crypto stated | Sign-up |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FlokiNET | Iceland, Finland, Netherlands, Romania | Not stated on the page | Not stated on the page | Not stated on the page |
| 1984 Hosting | Iceland | $9.66/mo (1 vCPU, 1 GB, 25 GB, 1 TB transfer) | Bitcoin and Monero | Not stated on the page |
| Privex | Germany, USA, plus a new Stockholm site | $8.00/mo (1 GB, 50 GB HDD, 2 cores) | BTC, LTC, XMR, DOGE, HIVE, EOS | Not stated on the page |
| Incognet | USA (6 sites), Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Bulgaria | Not stated on the page | XMR, BTC, LTC, DOGE in-house; more via a processor; PayPal and ACH | Email only; no other personal data required |
| SporeStack | Third-party providers; Amsterdam and Frankfurt mentioned | Not stated on the page | Monero, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT | No email, no KYC; a payment token ($100 first deposit) |
| OffshoreVps | 10 countries: Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Moldova, Finland, United States, Panama, Singapore, Seychelles | From $5.76/mo (1 vCPU, 2 GB, 40 GB NVMe) | 9 coins: BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, LTC, TRX | Generated login; no email, name, ID or phone |
Different products are not like for like: some figures are HDD, some NVMe, some include more transfer. Use the table to shortlist, then compare the plan you actually need.
FlokiNET and 1984 Hosting each present a specific home jurisdiction (Iceland features for both). If you want a known name in a single legal system, start there.
SporeStack uses a payment token instead of an account and offers an API, a CLI and Tor and I2P addresses. It resells third-party servers and says it is US-based, so read its terms for which law applies.
We offer ten countries, four server types (VPS, dedicated, RDP, GPU) and one prepaid balance, so you can move a project between jurisdictions without a new account.
Incognet lists the most payment routes in this table. If you pay in a coin outside the nine we accept, check theirs.
| Our position | Who does better | |
|---|---|---|
| Track record | Newer than the oldest names on this list | Providers operating since 2006 or earlier, such as 1984 Hosting |
| Account recovery | None, by design | Hosts that verify an email or phone |
| Refunds | As account credit | Hosts that refund to the original payment method |
| Service-level agreement | No formal SLA | Hosts that publish one with credits |
| Email-free automation | API access varies by product | SporeStack documents an API and CLI as its main interface |
We list these because a comparison that only shows strengths is advertising.

If a provider will not say where it is incorporated and where servers sit, you cannot know whose law applies.
Read the terms before you pay. Crypto payments are rarely reversible.
No host can hide that a server exists. Treat absolute claims with suspicion, ours included.
Billing exposure, a takedown, a data-protection rule, or a government. Different threats need different tools.
Use the jurisdiction selector or compare our ten countries.
Policies change. Open the sign-up page and see what it asks for before you fund anything.
Pay for one month, test latency and support, then move up to a longer term.
There is no single best. FlokiNET and 1984 Hosting suit people who want a long-running host in one country, SporeStack suits people who want no email and an API, and we suit people who want many countries and server types under one no-ID login. The table above shows what each states on its own site.
We are one of the providers, so yes, we have an interest. That is why the method is fixed, facts come from each provider's own site, unknown items say "not stated", and we list our own weaknesses.
Renting a server in another country is lawful in the jurisdictions we operate in. It does not legalise anything that is otherwise illegal. See is offshore hosting legal?
In the table, listed VPS prices run from $5.76 to $9.66 a month. Our dedicated servers start at $42.75. See pricing for the formula behind our prices.
It depends on the provider. Incognet states email only, SporeStack states no email and no KYC, and we use a generated login with no ID. Always read the current sign-up flow.
Monero and Bitcoin are the common denominator across the hosts we read. We accept nine coins. See buy a VPS without a credit card.
We list only those whose own site we could read on 19 October 2026. Missing names are a research gap, not a judgement.
Checked 19 October 2026. Chain sizes and software requirements change, so confirm against the source before you order.
No ID, no card. Pay in crypto, test the latency, then decide.
