We never ask for your name or an email address to create your account, and passwords are stored hashed. Standard email is not end-to-end encrypted, though, so for very sensitive messages use an encryption tool such as PGP.
Use Forgot password to check the address, then reset it from the Email page in your dashboard. We don't send reset links, because we don't keep a recovery address.
