We've got a new update. We now offer our own Web Console. Open the console and type ssh root@your-server-ip to reach any server you own, right from your browser. No SSH app needed.
Straight answers on VPS and dedicated hosting, Windows RDP, GPU compute, no-KYC domain registration, crypto billing, backups and account security — organized by topic so you can jump straight to what you need.
No. Creating an account generates a login email and password for you in one click. We never ask for your name, a real email address, phone number or any form of identification.
The login email is only an ID that looks like an address. It has no inbox and nothing is ever sent to it, so you never hand us a real address. The password is shown once, so save it when you create the account.
No. This is the tradeoff for not collecting personal data: there is no "forgot password" flow and no email to verify. If the login is lost and no copy was saved, the account and any balance on it are permanently inaccessible. You can generate a new password from the Security tab while you are still logged in.
Yes — two-factor authentication (TOTP, compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy and similar apps) can be enabled from the Security tab of your dashboard, along with one-time backup codes in case you lose access to your authenticator.
Yes. Every login is listed under Security → Recent logins, showing the device and browser used (never an IP address). You can sign out every other session at once from the same page.
Not yet — the dashboard is fully responsive and works well in a mobile browser, which covers the same functionality for now.
KVM — meaning you get a fully isolated virtual machine with dedicated resources and full root access, not a shared container. You can install your own kernel modules, run Docker, or reinstall the OS entirely.
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, FreeBSD and Arch Linux are available as one-click images when you deploy, with more than 20 versions between them.
Six tiers — Comet, Meteor, Aurora, Nebula, Quasar and Pulsar — scaling from 2 vCPU/4 GB RAM up to 16 vCPU/64 GB RAM, all on NVMe storage with unlimited bandwidth.
Yes — pick from 10 datacenter locations across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Africa at deploy time, including several offshore-friendly jurisdictions.
Plan changes are handled from your dashboard; resizing preserves your disk. Always take a snapshot before a resize as a safety net.
Yes — 3-month billing is 25% off the monthly rate, 6-month is 35% off, and 12-month is 50% off, applied automatically at checkout.
Yes — the deploy wizard lets you paste a public key at the authentication step instead of setting a password, so you can skip password login entirely.
A VPS shares physical hardware with other virtual machines, even though your resources are guaranteed. A dedicated server is a single physical machine that's entirely yours — no hypervisor, no noisy neighbors, full hardware access.
Plans range from an 8-core Xeon E-2388G up to dual EPYC 9354 processors (64 cores / 128 threads), all paired with ECC memory and NVMe storage in RAID where applicable.
Yes — dedicated servers support custom ISO installs in addition to the standard Linux images, so you can run Proxmox, a custom kernel, or anything else you need full hardware control for.
Provisioning time depends on stock at the chosen location; most orders deploy in minutes since they're paid from your existing account balance with no manual approval step.
Yes, the same weekly/daily backup add-ons available for VPS also apply to dedicated servers, priced as a percentage of the server's monthly cost.
A remote Windows desktop or server session you connect to over the Remote Desktop Protocol, running on hardware we host — useful for anything that needs a full Windows environment: automation, testing, remote browsing, or software that's Windows-only.
Yes — every RDP plan includes full Administrator rights on Windows, so you can install software, change system settings, or configure services exactly as you would on a local PC.
Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2025, and Windows 11 Pro are all available as deploy-time image choices.
Four tiers — Small, Medium, Large and X-Large — starting at $10/mo and scaling up in CPU, RAM and bandwidth allowance, with the same multi-month discounts as VPS plans.
No — we're upfront that RDP plans include a generous but metered monthly bandwidth allowance (from 2 TB on the smallest plan up to 20 TB on the largest), not "unlimited." Check the specific plan for its exact limit.
Yes, that's one of the most common uses — running browser automation, RPA tools, or software that benefits from a dedicated, always-on Windows machine separate from your personal computer.
Using any standard Remote Desktop client (built into Windows, or third-party clients on macOS/Linux) with the IP address and credentials shown in your dashboard once the server deploys.
RTX 4090 (24 GB), RTX 5090 (32 GB), and NVIDIA H100 SXM5 (80 GB) — including a dual-H100 configuration with 160 GB combined VRAM on the largest plan.
AI model training and fine-tuning, inference serving, rendering, and any CUDA-accelerated workload — the images come with CUDA pre-installed so you can get straight to work.
Yes — Ubuntu and Debian images with CUDA 12.4/12.6 are available at deploy time, alongside bare Ubuntu images if you'd rather install your own stack.
The same as VPS and dedicated: paid from your account balance, monthly by default with discounts for 3, 6 or 12-month commitments, no separate metered GPU-hour billing.
No — the shortest available term is one month, same as every other service type.
No — WHOIS privacy is included at no extra cost on every supported TLD, so your name, address and phone number are never published in the public WHOIS record.
Search checks live availability directly against the relevant registries in real time, the same as the lookup engine used across the rest of the site — not a cached or estimated result.
Yes — domain registration is paid from your account balance, the same as every other service, with no separate crypto payment flow to go through.
Yes, from the Transfers tab in your dashboard. You'll need the domain to be unlocked at its current registrar, more than 60 days old, and you'll need the authorization (EPP) code from that registrar.
Yes — A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV and CAA record types are all supported from the DNS tab once you own a domain with us.
Yes — once you own a domain with us, you can create email addresses on it at no additional charge.
Both — a webmail interface is available directly, and standard IMAP/SMTP settings work with any desktop or mobile email client.
There's no hard limit built into the create-mailbox flow; create as many addresses as you need on domains you own with us.
Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Tether (both ERC-20 and TRC-20), USD Coin, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Litecoin and TRON — pick whichever you prefer at top-up time.
Credit lands the moment your transaction reaches the required on-chain confirmations — typically a few minutes for most coins, longer for Bitcoin depending on network congestion. The payment page shows live status while you wait.
Each top-up address and quoted amount is valid for a limited payment window (shown as a countdown on the payment screen). If it expires unpaid, simply start a new top-up.
Yes — tiered bonuses start at an extra $5 on a $50 top-up and scale up to an extra $1,500 on a $2,000 top-up. The exact bonus for your amount is shown live before you confirm.
No — credit added to your account never expires, whether or not you've spent it yet.
Refunds are handled as account credit rather than a return transaction to your wallet, since payments are one-way on-chain transactions by nature. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
We don't monitor or log customer activity inside your servers. Account-level records are limited to what's needed to run the service — balance, orders, and login device/browser history (never IP addresses).
Standard TOTP — scan a QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy, confirm a 6-digit code to enable it, and you'll be issued one-time backup codes in case you lose your device.
No — since we never collect a name, email or ID, and payment is made on-chain in cryptocurrency, there's no identity to link to your account in the first place.
Use one of your backup codes (issued when you enabled 2FA) to log in, then you can disable and re-enable 2FA with a new device. Without a backup code and without your device, 2FA-protected accounts cannot be recovered.
Yes — Security → Recent logins lists device and browser for every session, with an option to sign out everywhere except your current device.
Automated backups run on a schedule (weekly or daily) and keep a rolling number of recent copies. A snapshot is a manual, on-demand copy you take yourself before a risky change.
Weekly backups cost an extra 20% of the server's monthly price and keep the last 4 backups; daily backups cost 30% and keep the last 7. Snapshots and custom images are billed separately, per GB per month.
No — backups are opt-in per server, either at deploy time or afterward from the Backups & Snapshots page. If you don't enable them, you're responsible for your own backup strategy.
Yes — a snapshot can be used to restore the original server or to deploy a fresh server from that exact state.
Through Live Chat or the Tickets tab in your dashboard — both feed the same conversation thread, so you never have to repeat yourself between the two.
No — we're upfront that there's no 24/7 automated bot on the other end. Messages are read and replied to manually, usually within a few hours.
Yes — the ticket queue unlocks once you have a positive account balance, which is also the point at which you'd typically have a service running.
The live status page shows real-time operational status across our infrastructure.
Both are linked in the site footer — see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the complete legal text.
Live chat and tickets share one thread — no bot, real replies, usually within a few hours.
