Worked example: 4 vCPU (+$3.75), 8 GB RAM (+$4), 120 GB disk (+$2.25), 1 Gbps (+$0) and the $3 base give $13 in Romania, factor x1. The same build in Moldova (x0.96) is $12.48 and in Switzerland (x1.35) $17.55. The cheapest possible VPS (1 vCPU, 2 GB, 40 GB) is $5.76 in Moldova.

Plans are priced in USD. The coin amount is worked out at the exchange rate when you top up, and the payment screen shows the exact amount.
Larger top-ups earn extra credit, starting at $5 on a $50 top-up. The exact bonus for your amount is shown live before you confirm.
The cheapest VPS (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe) is $5.76 a month in Moldova. The six ready-made plans run from $8.50 to $52.50 a month at Romania pricing. A custom build is priced from the component table above.
No setup fee is listed in the catalogue. The price you see for a plan, location and term is the price of that server. Check the total on the order screen before you pay.
A 12-month term takes 50% off the monthly price, a 6-month term 35% and a 3-month term 25%. On a plan that costs $19 a month, the 12-month price is $9.50 a month.
Datacenter, bandwidth and hardware costs differ by country, so each location has a fixed price factor. Moldova is x0.96 for a VPS and Switzerland is x1.35.

Refunds are handled as account credit, not as a return transaction to your wallet, because on-chain payments are one-way. If a service was clearly not delivered as described, contact support before anything else and we resolve it case by case. See the terms for the full policy.
Not at the moment. We aim for high uptime and publish live status on the status page, but we do not offer a formal SLA with financial credits.
